We are very proud of the accommodation and service we offer.
Both my partner and I live at Metropark ourselves and are always on hand - should any unforeseen problems occur.
When you decide to rent an apartment from us you need have no worries - since we are just a phone call away.
If any of our guests have a problem - it will be dealt with immediately - or within the hour, if we are not on site at the time.
Our policy is: "If you have a problem - we have a problem".

Mobile Phone & SIM Card
Many of our guests - when they arrive in Thailand - discover that they cannot use their mobile phone with a Thai SIM Card - because the phone is invariably locked into their homeland service provider. This of course means that you are spending a lot of money - using your homeland Sim.
While it is true that the phone can be unlocked - it is a hassle!
As part of our service - to our guests - we now provide all guests with a mobile phone & SIM card - free of charge - for the duration of their stay with us.
The only cost involved is if you need to top up your credit. This can be done for as little as THB50.
Guests are welcome to take the SIM card home with them when they leave MetroPark - in that way you can have the same Thai number when you make a return trip to Thailand.

Our Rates:
Nightly - THB1,200 per night
1 Week - THB 7,000 = THB 1,000 per night
2 Weeks - THB 12,000 = THB 857 per night
3 Weeks - THB 15,000 = THB 714 per night
1 Month - THB 18,000 = THB 600 per night (includes free Wi/Fi access for each month)
(Guests have nothing further to pay - unless you require Wi/Fi and are not staying for a month. All utility bills are paid by us)
What do you get for your Baht?
- All of our apartments are 32 sq.m. with balcony, fully furnished & equipped (see The Apartments)
- You can choose between the 3rd., 5th., 6th., 7th. & 8th. Floors
- All guests are provided with a Magnetic Access card & P.I.N. (in order to gain access to the building)
- Guests are also provided with a P.I.N. for the Electronic Latch on the apartment Entrance Door and a key for the Mechanical Deadlock
- All Guests receive a key to their own personal mail box
- If there are two people sharing, two Magnetic Access Cards and two sets of keys will be provided - at no extra charge
- Any guest who requires a Parking Permit will be provided with one (Free Of Charge)
- All guests have access to all three swimming pools
- All guests will be given immediate service - in the unlikely event that problems occur
- All maintenance is carried out at the landlords expense (except that which is caused by negligence or carelessness on the part of the guest or his/her guests)
- All guests receive a list of over 400 DVD titles which you may borrow during your stay with us. The list features Movies, Series, Documentaries and Cartoons. There is no charge for this service.
- Wi/Fi internet access (free if you are staying 1 month or more)

A Parking Permit will be provided to each guest who requires one. (One permit to each apartment. Should you require more than one - please let us know and we will be happy to arrange it for you).

So....How do I book?
All of our apartments are ready for immediate occupation - all that is required is:
- 20% deposit to book your apartment (you can use the PayPal button at the bottom of this page)
- Balance is payable on arrival at MetroPark
There are no further charges.
Note: Please Do Not make a payment without first of all contacting us to ensure that we have apartments available. Also - please let us have a postal address so that we can send you a hard copy receipt.
